Respect the Squad

Towerborne is built for co-op, adventure, and community—whether you’re fighting side by side in-game or engaging in our online spaces. We want every Ace to feel welcome, respected, and excited to be part of this world.

This Code of Conduct applies to Towerborne and all its community spaces, including in-game interactions, Discord, forums, and social platforms. By playing Towerborne and using its online services, you agree to uphold these values. We’re committed to fairness, fun, and respect. This means setting clear expectations and ensuring every Ace understands what’s encouraged—and what isn’t.

Respect Every Ace

Towerborne thrives on inclusivity and positive interactions. Every player deserves to feel safe and valued.

  • Be Kind & Inclusive – Treat others with respect. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse based on race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or other personal characteristics is not tolerated.
  • No Harassment, Trolling, or Griefing – Competitive play is encouraged, but deliberate actions meant to annoy, threaten, or disrupt another player’s experience are not. This includes:
    • Repeatedly targeting a player to ruin their game.
    • Using in-game mechanics to trap, block, or disrupt teammates.
    • Spamming messages, invites, or interactions to frustrate others.
  • Constructive Communication – Encourage others, offer feedback respectfully, and help fellow Aces improve. Toxicity has no place here.

Champion Fair Play

Winning is best when it’s earned. Skill, teamwork, and strategy make every battle more meaningful.

  • No Cheating, Hacking, or Exploits
    • Third-party software, cheats, or hacks that provide an unfair advantage will result in account action.
    • Using unintended glitches or exploits for personal gain undermines the game and is strictly prohibited. Report them instead.
  • No Botting or AFK Farming
    • Automated play or farming in a way that circumvents natural gameplay progression is not allowed.
    • Being intentionally inactive while accumulating rewards negatively impacts others’ experiences (and may result in temporary or permanent actions against your account).
  • No Account Sharing or Boosting
    • Your account is yours. Sharing, selling, or trading accounts violates the rules.
    • Paying for boosted ranks or letting others play on your account gives an unfair advantage.

Protect the Towerborne Community

We want Towerborne to be a safe and trusted space for all players. Aces look out for one another—on and off the battlefield.

  • Use Blocking & Reporting Tools Wisely
    • Report real violations of the Code of Conduct through our official support channels.
    • If you don’t get along with someone, the BLOCK PLAYER feature on Xbox and Steam ensures they can’t interact with you.
  • Keep Personal Info Private
    • Do not share real names, locations, account details, or personal information—yours or others’.
    • Threatening to reveal another player’s private information will result in enforcement action.
  • No Impersonation
    • Don’t pretend to be a developer, official moderator, or another player to deceive or manipulate others.
    • Creating fake accounts to harass or mislead players is strictly prohibited.

Create & Share Thoughtfully

Towerborne’s community extends beyond the game. What you post and share matters.

  • Keep Content Appropriate
    • No vulgar, obscene, or offensive material.
    • No sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
  • No Spamming, Advertising, or Self-Promotion
    • Unsolicited promotions for other games, products, or services are not allowed unless explicitly permitted.
    • Disruptive trolling or excessive posting will be moderated.
  • Respect Intellectual Property
    • Do not distribute or promote pirated or unauthorized content.

Follow the Rules, In and Out of the Game

If it’s illegal in real life, it’s not allowed in Towerborne.

  • Follow Local Laws – If it’s illegal where you live, it’s not permitted here either.
  • Respect the Game’s Services
    • Do not interfere with gameplay, servers, or support systems.
    • Any attempt to disrupt the game or its operations will result in enforcement action.
  • No Unauthorized Software or Hardware
    • Any software, hardware, or modifications that manipulate gameplay unfairly are strictly prohibited.

Player Reporting & Moderation

Towerborne is moderated fairly and objectively to maintain a positive experience. We take action proportionately based on the nature and severity of violations.

  • Blocking vs. Reporting
    • If a player is unpleasant but not breaking rules, use the BLOCK PLAYER feature.
    • If someone violates this Code of Conduct, report them via in game reporting or the Towerborne website.
  • Report Bugs, Don’t Exploit Them
    • If you discover a bug, report it rather than use it for unfair advantages.

Consequences for Breaking the Code

We want every Ace to feel welcome and supported in Towerborne, but violations of this Code of Conduct have consequences.

  • Warnings & Temporary Suspensions – Minor infractions may result in short suspensions as a reminder of the rules.
  • Potential Bans – Severe or repeated violations may lead to permanent account bans, including loss of access to Towerborne and related services.
  • Appeals – If you believe an enforcement action was taken against your account in error, you may submit an appeal through our official support channels.

Official Support & Contact

We provide player support through Zendesk on the Towerborne website.

  • Be aware of scams—Towerborne staff will never ask for your password or financial information.
  • If you receive an email or message claiming to be from us and aren’t sure, reach out to official support for verification.

By following this Code of Conduct, we ensure Towerborne remains a thriving, fair, and fun experience for all. Every Ace plays a part in shaping this world—let’s make it a place worth fighting for.
